Homemade Applesauce PDF Print E-mail

Easy to make and very good!

Ingredients:

5 medium apples, peeled, cored
1/2 cup water or apple juice
2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
3/4-teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Peel, core, slice apples and place in saucepan. Add remainder of ingredients. Simmer until tender, stirring frequently.

Use potato masher or leave chunky.
